One paper accepted to NeurIPS 2020

Our paper Lower Bounds and Optimal Algorithms for Personalized Federated Learning, joint work with Filip Hanzely, Slavomir Hanzely, and Peter Richtarik, got accepted to the NeurIPS 2020. This year conference is online, and it takes place from 6th to 12th December 2020.
